Specifically, those who will write for Stargate: SG-1 in the upcoming season. If you insist on bringing Carter back for Season Nine, please consider having the so-called Lt. Colonel show relief whenever a teammate she gets killed comes back from the dead. Doesn't seem like a lot to ask of a military officer. If you can't write Carter in such a fashion, please consider not writing her at all.
